Hedgehogs and Tulips!
It really feels like Spring is finally here, especially now that daylight saving is upon us! The temperature soared this weekend to a scorching 15 degrees! Lots of the flowers I have planted in our backyard and the allotment have bloomed and really brighten the place up.
Today we planted some sunflowers as well which are meant to grow to be 12 feet tall and so we are looking forward to that. The peas CathB planted a few weeks ago are already growing fast in their little tunnel to protect them from the frost and the birds until they get a bit bigger.
We also saw a little hedgehog which was pretty cool. This is the first hedgehog I had eve seen and so I thought it was quite exciting. Kind of like a little echidna, but not nearly as big or as spikey!
